Sausage Party Plush Giveaway Rules

These rules govern the Sausage Party Plush Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) being conducted by Entertainment Earth (the “Company”). The Giveaway begins Friday, August 12, 2016 and ends Sunday, August 14, 2016.

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment will not increase entrant’s chance of winning.

To enter the Giveaway, entrants must follow the Entertainment Earth Twitter account (@EntEarth) and Retweet the post highlighting the giveaway.

The Giveaway is open to all persons who are legal U.S. residents 18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. By participating, entrant agrees to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of the Company, which are final and binding in all respects.

One prize will be awarded. The prize consists of six Sausage Party plush figures. The prize will be subject to the terms and conditions as set forth by the issuer of the prize. Prizes are not refundable or transferable, and may not be substituted or exchanged for cash at any time.

One winner will be chosen from the company’s Twitter site at random. Entrants must be following the Entertainment Earth Twitter account and have Retweeted the giveaway post to be eligible to win. Company is not responsible for winners’ limitations that prevent acceptance or use of prize(s).

Potential winners will be notified on Twitter via Direct Message on August 15, 2016. The winner must respond and claim their prize within 72 hours. Each entrant is responsible for monitoring his or her account for notification related to this contest.

If for any reason this Giveaway cannot be executed as planned, including but not limited to, as a result of infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Company, or if the Giveaway is compromised or becomes technically corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, the Company reserves the right to cancel, terminate, suspend and/or modify the Giveaway. If the Giveaway is terminated before the original end dates, the Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion to, to modify the procedure for selecting winner(s), unless the nature of the event giving rise to such termination renders it impossible to select winner(s).
