Did you miss the classic Star Wars characters when Star Wars Rebels first aired? Worry not, because Star Wars Rebels: Sparks of Rebellion will be aired with additional footage, including a cameo of James Earl Jones as Darth Vader.

ABC will re-air the one-hour animated special with additional footage on Sunday, October 26. With James Earl Jones reprising his role as Darth Vader, fans can get excited for the extra scene.

In a statement, executive producer Dave Filoni said, “We wanted to do something special for the ABC broadcast. We’ve added a scene which gives audiences insight into the Inquisitor and includes a cameo by Darth Vader voiced by the distinguished actor James Earl Jones.”

The Force is strong with this one.

Its original television debut garnered 6.5 million views around the world. The weekly series has already been renewed for a second season. Star Wars fans, rejoice!

Star Wars Rebels is set between Episodes III and IV, as the Galactic Empire tightens its grip on the galaxy. The clever misfits who make up the crew of the starship Ghost will embark on thrilling adventures as they light a fire beneath the Galactic Empire’s stronghold. With cowboy Jedi Kanan, ace pilot Hera, Force-sensitive teenager Ezra, Zeb aka “the muscle”, warrior Sabine, and grumpy astromech droid Chopper, the team is sure to become the type of heroes we expect from the rebellion.

Rebels was created by Dave Filoni, Simon Kinberg, and Carrie Beck, and features the voice talents of Taylor Gray as protagonist Ezra Bridger, Freddie Prinze Jr. as Jedi Kana Jarrus, Vanessa Marshall as pilot Hera Syndulla, and James Arnold Taylor as Obi-Wan Kenobi. Billy Dee Williams reprises his role as Lando Calrissian.

Catch the show weekly on Disney XD at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Mondays. Don’t forget to tune in to the animated special featuring a Darth Vader cameo on Sunday, October 16!
