Danish actor Mads Mikkelsen is joining the Disney family in a big way this year.
He’ll be appearing in Doctor Strange in November, as well as Rogue One: A Star Wars Story in December.
Specifically regarding the latter movie, in an interview with Britain’s Sky News, he let slip who he’s playing in Rogue One. Check out the video for yourself if you want to know!

That’s right, Mikkelsen will be playing the father of protagonist Jyn Erso (Felicity Jones)!
Plus, if the rumors are true about her father being an Oppenheimer type character and helping in the creation of the Death Star, it’s probably a deeply rich role.
Rogue One: A Star Wars Story is directed by Gareth Edwards and set to arrive in theaters on December 16, 2016.
