Yesterday was Friends Day on Facebook. Basically, the platform celebrated its 12th birthday by creating videos for all their users consisting of photos of friends and memories. The hashtag was trending, and it was a Big Deal.
Such a big deal, in fact, that even fictional characters got their own Friends Day videos.
Marvel released one for Captain America and it was great! Until the end, when things took a turn…
Whoa, there, Marvel, way to get dark. That was uncalled for.
It’s a good thing Steve has made friends this century, but he doesn’t need to be reminded of his impending pain.
Let’s just not watch the end and instead focus on Sam’s quality profile picture.
Captain America: Civil War stars Chris Evans, Sebastian Stan, Scarlett Johansson, Robert Downey. Jr, Anthony Mackie, Jeremy Renner, Daniel Brühl, Chadwick Boseman, Elizabeth Olsen, Paul Bettany, Emily VanCamp, Martin Freeman, and Don Cheadle, is set to hit theaters on May 6, 2016.
