Who knew that one day LEGO would have a successful and fun video game series?
Yet they do and today they announced their next game – the highly anticipated Star Wars: The Force Awakens!
The licensed LEGO video games take your favorite characters and turn them into little plastic playable characters. They’re often funny, too, especially when you take advantage of the multi-player aspect and play with your friends. This newest game seems to be no different.
The trailer is a parody of the first trailer for The Force Awakens, turning the recognizable scenes into comedic moments, such as Kylo Ren’s lightsaber not working properly and Poe Dameron hitting all the wrong buttons in his X-Wing.
With how successful both TFA and the LEGO video games are, it’s hard to imagine this game not being a hit.
It’s set to be released on June 28 this year for its various platforms.
