Whether you’re part of the Resistance or First Order, you’ll need a vehicle to get around the galaxy. Look no further than Mattel’s Star Wars: Episode VII – The Force Awakens X-Wing and TIE Fighter Hot Wheels Elite die-cast vehicles!
Poe Dameron’s the best pilot in the galaxy and if you’re a good guy, it’s him you’ll want to follow. His orange color scheme X-Wing soars through the air, dodging and diving and taking down the First Order with ease.
His astromech droid, BB-8, sits dutifully in the back, aiding his pilot expertly. The hatch to the X-Wing opens, revealing Poe, and both him and BB-8 are molded into the vehicle and not removable.
Zooming alongside him is another Resistance X-Wing, this time with a blue color scheme. Each vehicle measures 5 4/5-inches long x 5 1/5-inches wide x 1 1/5-inches tall and comes armed with 4x laser cannons and 2x proton torpedo launchers to emerge victorious.
However, speeding along ahead of them is the First Order’s TIE Fighter, designed like older Imperial models, but with a black color scheme and red running lights to be more intimidating. Like the X-Wing, a generic First Order pilot is seen through the accessible hatch and molded into the vehicle. The TIE Fighter measures 4 1/3-inches tall x 3 1/2-inches wide x 3 1/2-inches long.
Each vehicle comes with a display stand and will look great posed together. They’re currently available for pre-order at Entertainment Earth, expected to arrive in September 2016.
